REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY 

 

We want you to be satisfied, so all eligible courses purchased on Lifeworks Consulting Sdn Bhd can be refunded within 3 days, provided the request meets the guidelines in our refund policy.  For more information regarding our refund policy, please see below. 

Lifeworks Consulting Sdn Bhd reserves the right to modify the policy at any time without prior notice. Please ensure that you have read through our Terms & Conditions to avoid any misunderstandings. 

 

We strictly DO NOT allow refunds or exchanges for: 

    • Change of mind / interest 
    • Errors you have made in your purchase  

It is the responsibility of customers who purchase our courses (Trainings/Promotional Packages) to check the quantity and details of the course (e.g. duration of courses, course outline)Any discrepancies should be reported within working days from the date of enrollment. 

 

Our 3-days policy 

While our 3-days refund policy is to allow students to learn risk free, we must also protect our instructors from fraud and provide them a reasonable payment schedule. Payments are sent to instructors after 3 days, so we will not process refund requests received after the refund window. 

 
We will only allow refunds for: 
 

Course Discrepancies 

    • Course is cancelled due to extenuating factors from Lifeworks Consulting Sdn Bhd (e.g. peak periods) 
    • Incorrect course Quantity 
    • There are missing items in the course

We will only allow exchanges for: 

Delivery Discrepancies 

    • Wrong Course(s) 
      Kindly drop us an email (enquiry@lifeworks.com.my) & attach clear snapshots of the invoice & course defect. We will re-schedule & arrange your enrollment after we have verified your case.

Additional reasons for denied refunds/exchanges 

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to limit or deny refund requests in cases where we believe there is refund abuse, including but not limited to the following: 

    • A significant portion of the course has been consumed or downloaded by a student before the refund was requested. 
    • Excessive refunds/exchanges have been requested by a student. 
    • Users who have their account reported, banned or course access disabled due to a violation of our Terms & Conditions.  

How to submit a refund request 

 

Transfer of Subscription/Enrolment 

In cases where a customer is not eligible for a refund, the refund will be granted by transfer of the course enrollment to another referred student, provided it otherwise meets our 3-day refund policy. 

Individuals may provide a referral to take the course they purchased in order to receive a refund Refunds will only be issued upon full payment by the referred student
